We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and professional Executive Assistant to support the Director in day-to-day administrative, operational, and coordination tasks. This role demands excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international business environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct administrative and business support to the Director. Coordinate and manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel plans. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as requested. Act as liaison between the Director and internal teams, vendors, and international partners. Draft and review emails, memos, and business correspondence in English and Japanese. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist in organizing meetings, events, and business trips (domestic and international). Track follow-ups, project timelines, and ensure deadlines are met. Support strategic projects, proposals, and client documentation as required. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field). Native-level fluent English (spoken and written) are essential. Native-level fluent English (spoken and written) Preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. High level of discretion, professionalism, and interpersonal sensitivity. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
