It will be essential for you to stay updated on industry trends and competitors to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams, including sourcing and finance, to meet business goals and drive success. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, along with an MBA. While 1-2 years of experience in a similar industry is preferred, good analytical skills for data interpretation and report creation, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and proficiency in conflict resolution and time management will be beneficial.,
