Executive - Sales Admin

Job Title: Executive Sales Admin Location: Pune No. of Position: 4 Job Overview: To support Sales & Marketing teams of SAVAVET FA Business and SAVA Herbal Bussiness for smooth operations through proper maintenance of data in all areas such as sales & returns, brand-related data, field staffing information and updation, on-boarding and relieving formalities of field staff, checking of documents pertaining to stockiest appointments, market collections/outstanding, expense checking / processing, and field force reporting. Key Responsibility: 1. Customer List updation, Ensure smooth reporting of field force on Companion Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Obtain & validate Master Customer List from Field Force as per guidelines Create work patches and ensure proper tagging for field work Ensure proper maintenance of data and working of all modules on Companion SFE Liaise with third party 2. Outstanding Collections Monitoring, Follow up & updation Regular follow-up with Sales team pertaining to outstanding collection Liaison with Accounts & SCM department Monthly projections of Collection compiled with inputs from Sales team 3. Presentation of accurate data pertaining to sales, staffing and Collections Maintain accurate staffing details of the business unit Provide data pertaining to sales, sales returns, staffing and collections 4. Manage on-boarding and relieving formalities of field force Creation of employee code, e-mail ID at the time of on-boarding of field force Ensure document collection while relieving field force Training of new joinees on systems & processes Liaise with HR team 5. Sales Team Expense Processing Timely submission of sales team expenses after thorough checking and validation as per the approved field travel policy 6. Dispatch Ensure proper communication to Sales Team Oversee and monitor timely dispatch of sales promotion material to Sale Team Qualifications: Diploma or graduate with proficiency in English language communication, Excel, PowerPoint Previous experience in admin team of pharmaceutical company, preferably in a marketing business
