Job Description:

The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of dealer, distributor, and retail networks. The role demands strong experience in retail/channel sales within the building materials or architectural hardware industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage retail network of dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in assigned territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities at retail counters.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, retailers, architects, and contractors.
• Monitor secondary sales and ensure product availability at all retail points.
• Regularly track competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure timely collections and adherence to company policies.
• Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail/channel sales in building materials, hardware, or related industries.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
