Business Title: Executive - Reliability Global Job Title : Anl I Maint/Reliability Global Department : Reliability Reporting to: Manager - Mechanical Role Purpose Statement: The primary role of the Reliability Manager is to improve reliability of the physical assets by eliminating unanticipated failures through development of a sound proactive maintenance strategy, analysis of failure causes, recommending design enhancements, and developing improved repair methods. The Reliability Manager is responsible for the reliability of all equipment in the area to which he is assigned. He maintains appropriate records and files to permit meaningful analysis and reporting of results or completed work. Optimization of resources and reducing total maintenance costs. Main Accountabilities: Ensures that identified elements of the Asset Reliability and Reporting Optimization Program (ARROP) and its Standards are fully implemented and functioning Identifies the critical processes and understands how they affect throughput, quality, environmental and safety compliance Develops, recommends and implements strategies for improving the reliability of the manufacturing processes and assets Educates other employees about reliability engineering and local reliability implementation Ensures that all department work performed is done in a safe manner and that all work areas are maintained to meet or exceed all safety rules, as well as all local, state or province and federal safety and environmental laws and regulatory acts Has a thorough understanding of the Potential-Failure Curve and relationship to setting maintenance activity frequencies Receives completed Reliability Inspection data sheets and initiates appropriate action Maintains the PdM (predictive maintenance) and PM (preventive maintenance) system and process within the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Reviews predictive maintenance activities, recommends changes to the type of monitoring, routes, frequency and equipment monitored Monitors operations equipment forms or electronic monitoring systems to trend equipment condition (i.e., temperatures, vibrations, pressures, amps) Monitors and performs trending and analysis of all PdM, PM and CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) data Evaluates the cost/benefit of all new diagnostic technologies Monitors the execution and effectiveness of lubrication programs Knowledge and Skills: Behavior Make decisions aligned to Bunge s global strategy, business needs and financial goals and explore new perspectives by driving innovation. Cultivate strong relationships and networks, effectively influence others, and develop talent to excel in their current and future roles. Develop data driven strategies aligned with Bunge s priorities, energize others to action through clear and compelling communication. Technical o Good data management and analysis skills o Working knowledge of Reliability Tools o Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis o Failure Modes and Effects Analysis o Root Cause Analysis o Reliability Block Diagrams Education & Experience : Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, or related technical field Minimum of 3 years working experience in similar technical role
