- *Quality Assurance*: Conduct audits, inspections, and tests to ensure product quality and compliance with standards (e.g., FSSAI, ISO 22000).
- *Process Improvement*: Identify opportunities to improve quality processes, reduce risks, and enhance efficiency.
- *Documentation and Compliance*: Maintain quality documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare for audits.
- *Training and Support*: Provide quality-related training and support to production teams.
- *Investigation and CAPA*: Investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions, and monitor effectiveness.
*Requirements:*
- *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science
- *Experience:* 0-3 years of experience in quality assurance/ control in food industry.
- *Skills:*
- Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with quality tools (e.g., HACCP, QMS).
*Desirable Skills:*
- Experience with ISO 22000, FSSAI regulations.
- Knowledge of statistical process control, quality analytics.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQA, LQA).
Fresher with Food Technology Background is eligible to apply.
