Executive Project Documentation

As an Executive Project Documentation at our Kochi location, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the database with accurate and up-to-date information. You will be required to prepare source data for computer entry, review customer and account documents, and ensure that data entry is done efficiently and accurately according to set priorities. Resolving deficiencies and ensuring data integrity are key aspects of this role. Your duties will also include entering customer and account data using a keyboard or optical scanner, following specified data program techniques and procedures, and verifying the entered data to eliminate errors and deficiencies. Additionally, you will be responsible for purging files to avoid duplication, securing information through database backups, and following policies and procedures to maintain operations. To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, is required. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to meet deadlines and adhere to project timelines. Maintaining confidentiality, customer confidence, and upholding quality standards are crucial aspects of this position.
