Job Description

Role Overview: As an Executive Project Documentation at our company, you will be responsible for maintaining the database, preparing source data for computer entry, processing customer and account source documents, resolving deficiencies, entering customer and account data accurately, verifying entered data, purging files, securing information through database backups, maintaining operations, and adhering to timelines and deadlines set by the Managers & Business Owners. Key Responsibilities: - Maintaining the database by entering new and updated details of incoming data and customer records. - Preparing source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information and establishing entry priorities. - Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies. - Indexing the data as per the priorities set by the team leader. - Resolving deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution. - Entering customer and account data accurately by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on the keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format. - Verifying entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data to ensure no errors and deficiencies exist. - Purging files to eliminate duplication of data. - Securing information by completing database backups. - Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes. - Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential. - Maintaining a facility that is organized and meets our quality standards at all times. - Adhering to timelines and deadlines as directed by the Managers & Business Owners. Qualifications: - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). - Strong organizational and time management skills.
