As an Executive - Production at SAVA Healthcare in Surendranagar Plant, your role involves supervising and coordinating the production team's activities to meet schedules and targets. You are responsible for ensuring efficient resource utilization and equipment productivity, monitoring production processes, and making adjustments to meet changing demands. Your expertise in Quality Assurance is crucial to ensure GMP and FDA compliance, conducting regular inspections, and resolving quality issues during production. Your key responsibilities include: - Identifying areas for process optimization and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste - Collaborating with engineering and quality assurance teams to optimize equipment performance and product quality - Leading, training, and mentoring production staff to ensure effective performance - Maintaining accurate production records, preparing reports on performance metrics, and ensuring regulatory compliance - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting safety training for staff, and investigating incidents - Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with procurement for timely availability of materials To qualify for this role, you need: - A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar production environment - Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes - Proven experience in managing production teams and processes - Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills - Proficiency in production management software and tools, along with effective communication and leadership abilities This position involves working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant environment, potentially exposed to chemicals, noise, and varying temperatures.
