Job Description

Job Title: Executive / Assistant Manager - SVP (Small Volume Parenterals)

Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor day-to-day operations in
SVP production area
.
Ensure compliance with
cGMP, GDP, and regulatory standards
during manufacturing.
Plan, execute, and monitor
batch manufacturing, line clearance, and in-process checks
.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and other functions to ensure uninterrupted production.
Responsible for
equipment handling, operation, cleaning, and validation
(Vial filling, Ampoule filling, Autoclaves, Sterilizers, etc.).
Prepare and review
BMRs, SOPs, and related production documents
.
Support during
media fills, aseptic practices, and regulatory inspections (USFDA, MHRA, WHO, etc.)
.
Guide and train production staff for aseptic techniques and sterile area practices.
Maintain adherence to
safety protocols, gowning practices, and cleanroom discipline
.

Desired Candidate Profile:

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Pharma / Life Sciences).
Hands-on experience in
SVP sterile production
.
Good understanding of
aseptic practices, cleanroom behavior, and regulatory requirements
.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a team and ensure productivity within compliance.
