Executive Production

Role Overview: As a Trainee Executive in the Production Team at IFF, you will play a crucial role in operating blending equipment, documenting raw material usage, and ensuring hygiene and safety standards in the production area. Your active participation in cross-training programs and support for inventory control will be vital for the team's success. Flexibility in working rotational shifts and a strong sense of teamwork are essential qualities for excelling in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Operate blending equipment such as Blenders, Heat Sealers, and Metal Detectors according to production requirements. - Ensure cleanliness and proper labeling of blending equipment with FG material number, description, and batch number. - Accurately weigh, blend, and record raw material usage on shop floor documentation. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production areas, adhering to safety protocols and using appropriate PPE. - Actively participate in cross-training programs to enhance team flexibility. - Assist in inventory control and maintain sanitation standards in and around the work area. - Physically handle mechanical equipment and be capable of pushing/pulling 2025 kg bags as needed. - Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications Required: - Basic computer knowledge; experience with SAP is a plus. - Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, Excel, and production documentation. - Ability to work in morning, evening, or night shifts. - Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in the local language and English, both spoken and written. - Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks effectively.
