As a Supplier Relationship Manager, your role will involve managing supplier relationships to negotiate better prices and enhance service quality while ensuring exceptional customer support. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, addressing on-road issues in collaboration with suppliers, and confirming upcoming services to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will need to identify and resolve operational problems and work closely with both local and international team members to improve overall performance. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position. Your key responsibilities will include: - Talking to suppliers about improving prices and services - Taking full responsibility for customer support - Addressing and escalating any difficulties with on-road issues - Coordinating with suppliers, customers, agents, and other stakeholders - Verifying and confirming all upcoming services in advance - Identifying and resolving operational issues - Collaborating with local and international team members to enhance overall performance In terms of qualifications and skills, you should possess: - Experience: 0-5 years in operations, specifically handling FIT, GIT, MICE, and group travel queries in the B2B travel and tourism industry - Minimum qualification: Any Grad - Market Knowledge: Experience in dealing with the UK, Europe, and Scandinavia markets is a plus - Customer Service: Strong orientation towards customer service and issue resolution - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to close deals and manage client expectations - Problem-Solving: Ability to handle operational challenges and customer complaints efficiently FRESHERS CAN ALSO APPLY.
