Manage Team of 10 people in the assembly zone along with the quality control activity. Handling equipment like Image Analyzer, Digital calliper, tensile force tester, sealing strength testing machine, Cutting machine, polishing machine, microscope etc. Ensure compliance to lab 5S, Equipment Safety Standards, handle Quality abnormalities, Exceptions, drive problem solving by using organisations standard Problem-solving tools
In-depth knowledge & Experience in Image Analyzer, Digital calliper, tensile force tester, sealing strength testing machine, Cutting machine, polishing machine, microscope etc. Proficiency in Problem solving.
