Job Title: Multitask Executive / manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities:Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly:

• Monitor company accounts, taxation, ITR filing, and related compliance activities.

Daily / Weekly:

• Supervise support staff (drivers, maids, etc.): attendance tracking, expense monitoring, and salary processing.
• Oversee maintenance of office premises and company vehicles.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters).
• Submit daily task reports and updates.
• Maintain filing system for legal and official documents (inward/outward).
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, including timely follow-ups.
• Draft official/legal letters in both English and Marathi.

Legal Responsibilities:

• Liaise on property- and investment-related matters.
• Manage and track ongoing legal cases, ensuring timely action.
• Visit government offices, legal advisors, and advocates as needed.
• Supervise property transactions and investment portfolios.
• Maintain confidential records (personal and official).
• Assist in legal research, documentation, and case management.

Development:

• Provide support in business development and social media management.
• Help oversee investments and asset management.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
