Listen to patient concerns, complaints, or feedback, and take appropriate actions to address and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate with different departments and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services, appointments, and follow-up care for patients. Provide guidance and assistance to patients in understanding their rights, responsibilities, and available support services within the healthcare facility. Educate patients and their families on relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines, including billing and insurance processes. Collaborate with the healthcare team to advocate for patients needs and preferences, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Collect and analyze patient satisfaction surveys and feedback, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting initiatives to enhance the patient experience. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies.
