Executive - Operations

Job Summary:

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and supervising all non-teaching operations of the campus. This includes maintenance, housekeeping, transport, cafeteria/food services, vendor coordination, and liaisoning with external agencies to ensure a clean, safe, and well-functioning campus environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily campus operations including building maintenance, housekeeping, transport, cafeteria, and general infrastructure.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, transport, and food services to ensure smooth functioning.

Manage housekeeping and hygiene standards across the campus.

Liaise with local authorities for compliance, utilities, and statutory requirements.

Implement safety protocols, maintain records, and ensure emergency preparedness and asset management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline (preferably Administration or Facility Management).

3–6 years of relevant experience in operations or facility management (education sector preferred) is mandatory.
