As an Operations, Accounts, and HR Manager/Executive at iThink, you will play a crucial role in leading the operations and human resource functions of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to customer inquiries in English via the "Think Support" ticket system, email, and phone. - Handling support requests from clients on phone and email. - Planning human resource requirements and conducting selection interviews. - Conceptualizing and developing training initiatives for improved productivity. - Building capability and enhancing quality. - Interacting with clients to get updates and ensure customer satisfaction. In addition to the key responsibilities, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Knowledge of Quickbooks Accounting software will be an added advantage. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. - Motivational and team-building skills. - Ability to work efficiently under pressure with attention to detail. - Superb written and verbal communication skills in English. - Self-motivated and comfortable working on fast-paced projects.
