Executive, Operations & HR

The ideal candidate for the Operations, Accounts, and HR Manager/Executive position is a confident and capable leader with a can-do attitude, a passion for excellence, and a cool and calm composure. You should be able to quickly get up to speed in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include responding to customers in English via the "Think Support" ticket system, email, and phone. You will also be required to handle support requests from clients on phone and email, demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and possess excellent organizational skills. As a motivated self-starter, you will be responsible for planning human resource requirements in consultation with the management, conducting selection interviews, conceptualizing and developing training initiatives for improved productivity, and enhancing quality within the organization. The successful candidate should have superb written and verbal communication skills in English, be detail-oriented, and possess strong team-building and motivational skills. You should be able to work efficiently under pressure and interact with clients to ensure their needs are met.
