Job Title: Executive – Operations

Location: Vasai
Age: 25–30 years
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: ITI (Additional: Excel proficiency, good communication skills, street smart)
Reporting To: Director.

Functional Area: Operations / Quality Control

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Production MIS and update daily reports.
• Handle inward material checking and update stock entries in Excel.
• Prepare and manage delivery challans and related entries.
• Assist in quality control of parts and prepare QC reports (knowledge of QC will be an added advantage).
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company standards.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of QC processes (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
