Your role at Salad Days as an Executive NSO involves supporting the New Store Opening (NSO) team in expanding operations across various locations. Your primary responsibilities include: - Supporting the end-to-end setup and launch of new cloud kitchens. - Tracking project timelines, following up on deliverables, and ensuring adherence to deadlines. - Coordinating with vendors and contractors to maintain work standards. - Conducting site feasibility checks and maintaining a database of potential locations. - Collaborating with internal teams (Supply Chain, IT, HR, Operations) to ensure operational readiness of new kitchens. - Maintaining accurate project documentation, contracts, and compliance records. - Providing on-ground execution support during site setup and handovers. - Assisting in preparing status reports and updates for senior management. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. - Minimum 4 years of experience in project coordination, site development, or operations, preferably in food services, hospitality, or retail. - Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail. - Good communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines. - Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
