Role Description

Managing the full lead cycletracking, progression, and closurewhile ensuring operational efficiency in scheduling follow-ups, tracking contracts, and handovers. Leverage CRMs, build reliable databases, and deliver datadriven insights through advanced Excel. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and independently handle reporting and tasks to closure within timelines.

Required Competencies, Skills, and Experience

Essential Skillsets:

• MS Excel (Intermediate–Advanced)

  : Skilled in formulas, shortcuts, pivots, and multitab spreadsheets; able to work at aboveaverage speed. Knowledge of VBA/Macros or PowerBI is a plus.

• MS PowerPoint (Intermediate):

  Capable of creating professional presentations using smartarts, icons etc..
