Job Description

As a Sales & Marketing professional, your primary focus will be on achieving the assigned business objectives for the territory on a monthly basis. Your responsibilities include assisting dealers in meeting their sales targets through regular visits, scheme communication, and timely material service. You will be required to monitor and ensure the growth of core products as well as new and focused products. To drive market development and intelligence, you will need to explore and open new dealer counters to expand the overall sustainable sales potential in the territorial market. Analyzing territory level data to identify gaps and implementing necessary initiatives will be crucial. Additionally, you will play a key role in the growth and value upgradation of the existing dealer network by organizing promotional activations and product awareness meets for dealers and contractors. Effective dealer management is essential for this role. You will be responsible for tracking and resolving dealer queries in a timely manner to maintain a productive relationship. Assisting dealers in providing solutions to their contractors and end consumers for any complaints or queries is also part of your duties. Ensuring the availability of material, services, and promotional tools to the dealer through coordination with other stakeholders is vital. In terms of contractor management, you will need to ensure the enrollment, update points, and extend benefits to contractors through dealers as per the defined loyalty program structure. Planning and organizing product awareness meets for contractors during new product launches will be part of your responsibilities. Customer complaint resolution is another critical aspect of the role. You will be required to investigate and resolve dealer level and customer level complaints within the defined timelines. Reporting and integration are key components of this position. Coordinating with other verticals such as project sales and services for lead sharing or addressing any other issues as necessary is expected. You will also need to prepare and share reports like Daily visits report and territory monthly report. Ideally, you should have an MBA qualification, although being a graduate is acceptable for this role.,
