EXECUTIVE N - CUST. SERVICE TECHNOLOGIST

Role Overview: As an Executive N - Customer Service - Technologist in Lucknow, your main responsibility will be handling complaints in your region, supporting the front line with critical complaints, identifying root causes, providing solutions to customers, and offering technical assistance to Territory Sales Executives (TSEs) either remotely or through site visits. Key Responsibilities: - Providing technical support to the front line, either through site visits or over the phone. - Proactively attending complaints, especially when TSEs are unable to understand the technical aspects. - Conducting Product Training Programs (PTP) for new joiners and organizing various meets to educate about product usage and new products. - Monitoring complaint trends, highlighting defective batches, and taking preemptive measures to prevent complaints. - Assisting the legal team in cases of duplicate material or counterfeiting issues. - Collaborating with Research & Technology (R&T) to test new products or formulations before launch and ensuring compliance with critical parameters. Qualification Required: - Post-Graduate or Graduate degree in Science (Chemistry) and/or a Diploma in Paint Technology. - Previous experience in the AP field role is preferred, along with functional competencies in paint technical knowledge and good communication skills. - Behavioral competencies such as being meticulous and punctual are essential. You will interact internally with various functions for complaint resolution and trend analysis, as well as externally with end customers, painters, contractors, dealers, etc., involved in the painting process or complaint resolution. Your financial scope will involve expenses incurred on regular traveling within the region, while your people management scope will require influencing the entire sales team to adhere to complaint processes and meet critical parameters. It is beneficial if you have knowledge of Microsoft Excel for complaint data analysis.,
