Executive N - Adhesive Technologist

You will be responsible for assisting the Project Sales Team in conducting product trials and drawing conclusions on Asian Paints product strengths in the market. Your role will involve devising effective communication strategies to highlight these product strengths to consumers and influencers. Additionally, you will be required to conduct pre-painting site inspections, on-site inspections, and post-painting site inspections for all fresh and repainting project sites. Based on customer requirements, you will propose suitable solutions after evaluating the site. Your duties will also include conducting product sampling at the site, providing services to Landmark sites within promised timelines, and supervising ongoing sites to ensure correct product application practices and site warranties. It will be essential to coordinate proactively with the Project Sales team regarding sites requiring warranty issuance and conducting post-painting inspections to issue site warranty certificates. In case of customer complaints, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving them promptly within defined timelines. Conducting customer complaints analysis and sharing findings with relevant functions to prevent reoccurrence will be part of your responsibilities. You will also conduct random checks of the draw-down tinting process at godowns, ensure shade compliances, and verify the actual application process during site inspections. Furthermore, you will be required to provide training to sampling painters on the application process for all products, develop modules, and conduct product trainings for contractors, painters, site supervisors, and engineers as needed. Coordinating with different functions to ensure completion of trainings organized by the Marketing function and briefing the Project Sales team on the technical aspects of existing and new products will be crucial. Moreover, you will play a key role in conducting product trials, drawing inferences on Asian Paints product strengths compared to market products, and finding ways to effectively communicate these strengths to consumers and influencers. Collaborating with the Research and Technology function for new product development based on technological trends in the market will also be part of your responsibilities.,
