About the role:

Executive - MIS & Admin

MIS Responsibilities:

• Collect and consolidate data from CRM.
• Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Use Advanced Excel, Google Sheets and MS Office for data analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data flow.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and coordinate with offices across locations.
• Manage vendor relationships for services, supplies, maintenance, and IT support.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and IT equipment, ensure timely reordering.
• Handle setup and basic troubleshooting of office IT hardware; coordinate repairs with vendors.
• Manage domestic travel logistics (flights, trains, cabs, hotels) and support reimbursement processes.
• Supervise office security systems (biometric, CCTV) and manage access control.
• Handle mobile connections, SIM allocations, and communication-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 1 - 2 years of experience in MIS.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel & Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
