Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage executive-level communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders through email writing, mail drafting, and verbal interactions.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments on behalf of executives to ensure smooth scheduling and efficient use of time.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required by senior management for various purposes.
  • Maintain accurate records of correspondence, emails, and meeting minutes to ensure easy reference later on.
  • Provide administrative support to the team by handling day-to-day tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in an executive role or similar position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) for report preparation and presentation creation.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
