We are Hiring Executive - Marketing

Location – Anayara, Trivandrum

We are looking for an experienced Executive - Marketing to join our team and to drive sustainable hospital growth by leading strategic marketing initiatives, expanding referral and corporate networks, and increasing patient acquisition while strengthening the hospital’s brand presence. The ideal candidate will have Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience from an accredited hospital.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications:

• MBA/Any degree
• 1 - 2 years of experience in an accredited hospital
• Computer/Software proficiency
• Referral marketing exposure is an added advantage

Skills:

• Field marketing and negotiation skills
• Time Management
• In-depth knowledge of hospital services and healthcare marketing
• Data-driven decision-making ability
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, corporates, and institutions to promote hospital services
• Build, maintain, and strengthen referral networks with doctors and healthcare partners
• Lead corporate marketing initiatives including empanelments, health check-ups, and wellness programs.
• Support digital marketing initiatives
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.

Salary should be based on interview performance & experience . Should be fixed at the time of interview
