Job Responsibilites

• Digital Presence & Branding

• Develop and maintain strong digital presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.).
• Create attractive posts, templates, and creatives using Canva or similar tools.
• Plan and execute campaigns to enhance visibility and increase membership of like-minded professionals.
  

• Content & Communication

• Draft and post regular updates about events, initiatives, and activities of the society/organization.
• Coordinate with media partners, PR agencies, and communication channels for publicity and coverage.
• Prepare newsletters, press releases, and communication material.
  

• Event Management

• Support in planning, coordination, and execution of events, seminars, workshops, and networking programs.
• Ensure proper promotion of events across online and offline platforms.
• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
  

• Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain relationships with members, partners, and professional bodies.
• Handle queries and provide relevant communication support.
  

• Other Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in strategic initiatives for marketing and branding.
• Research new tools and trends in digital marketing to enhance engagement.
• Any other work related to marketing and communication as assigned.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, communications, or event management.
• Proficiency in Canva, MS Office, and basic social media analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with good coordination skills.
