Role Overview:

Executive Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branding – MBO & EBO Stores

• Plan and implement branding campaigns across MBO and EBO formats.
• Co-ordinate with creative agencies and internal design teams to develop store-specific branding collaterals.
• Regularly audit and ensure brand visibility and consistency across retail touchpoints.

2. Consumer Gifting & Engagement

• Conceptualize and design seasonal and thematic consumer gifting ideas to drive in-store engagement.
• Collaborate with vendors for development, procurement, and timely delivery of gifting collaterals.
• Work with the retail team to deploy gifting mechanics linked to promotions or events.

3. Roadshows & Local Events

• Support planning and execution of brand-led roadshows and on-ground activations to promote store traffic.
• Co-ordinate logistics, branding materials, and agency support for roadshow initiatives.
• Monitor event success through footfall tracking and campaign effectiveness.

4. EBO Store Branding Requirements

• Work closely with the retail and projects team to ensure branding needs for existing and upcoming EBOs are met.
• Create in-store communication and marketing collaterals as per brand guidelines.
• Oversee installation and timely maintenance of EBO branding elements.

5. New Store Launch Support

• Develop launch marketing plans in coordination with local teams and zonal heads.
• Design and execute launch campaigns including OOH, print, local digital, and in-store branding.
• Manage vendor partnerships for launch events and promotional kits.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in retail marketing, visual merchandising, or brand activation.
• Experience in working with fashion/lifestyle retail brands is a plus.
