Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Hub Assistant who can efficiently manage daily sorting operations while also handling basic team leader responsibilities. This hybrid role is ideal for candidates who are hands-on with logistics processes and ready to step up as a team coordinator within the hub.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all Hub Operations and seek assistance from superiors as necessary.
Achieve cost targets per shipment and maintain operations within budget.
Ensure zero lost shipments and shrinkage.
Collaborate with support teams for effective recovery processes.
Meet productivity targets for transportation.
Maintain compliance with KPIs and quality standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction and promptly handle escalations.
Implement employee engagement initiatives.
Oversee headcount management and reporting.
Ensure compliance with commercial and statutory regulations.
Manage team training and development.
Focus on continuous improvement and error reduction in operations.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards for facilities and personnel.
