Executive - IT Infrastructure

Roles and Responsibilities

Candidate will be part of IT Infrastructure team and will be responsible for administration IT servers, operating systems, and infrastructure applications.

Candidate must be able to

• Monitor, manage and troubleshoot, install, upgrade and patch Windows Server Operating systems.
• Proficient in managing Active Directory objects like Users, Computers, Group Policy, and OUs, etc.
• Setup, manage and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP with Window Servers.
• Manage VMWare virtualization, VSAN, VCenter, ESXI upgrades and patching, SRM, vSphere replication, VMWare Horizon VDI.
• Must have experience of carrying out fixing of vulnerability assessment.
• Identify and report server/system capacity limits, take corrective actions.
• Will be responsible for ensuring that system backups are happening as per defines policys and take corrective actions for failures.
• IT asset management of Data Center Infrastructure in terms of its record keeping, updating it as per changes and generate reports for asset management system.
• Coordinate with FMS/Support employee for getting services delivered.
• Create and maintain documentation of processes.
• Carry out evaluation & implementation for new requirements/projects.

Desirable from candidate is.

• Manage and Administer Microsoft SQL Database Server instances.
• Working experience of ManageEngine Endpoint Central or another UEM tool.
• Experience of administering Sentinel One EDR or similar tool.
• Desirable to have skills of managing Linux flavours like Ubuntu, CentOS & SUSE in virtual or physical environments.
• Provide technical support to other unit locations as part of central team.
• Exposure to Public/Private cloud operations/administration

Candidate is expected to have working knowledge and understanding on following areas:

• Knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, and other common networking protocols.
• Good knowledge of cyber security concepts: Access controls, Authentication, Authorization, Endpoint security (EDR/MDR), IDS/ IPS, SSL, VPN, IPSec, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, O365 Email security and Web security architecture, Web/URL filtering, Proxy servers.
• Good understanding of ITIL process viz. Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Request
