Job Description

As an Executive in the Buyer Facilitation Team at Tradologie.com, your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for English-speaking buyers on our next-generation B2B procurement platform. You will be the primary point of contact for buyers, assisting them with navigating the platform, addressing queries, and guiding them through the procurement process. Your key responsibilities will include providing buyer support by assisting with order placement, pricing inquiries, product specifications, and delivery-related questions. Your role will also involve engaging with buyers to build strong relationships, educating them on the platform's benefits, and encouraging repeat transactions for a positive user experience. In terms of order management and coordination, you will oversee the execution of buyer transactions, collaborate with internal teams to resolve buyer concerns efficiently, monitor order progress, and keep buyers informed about their transactions. To drive process improvement, you will identify common buyer challenges, provide feedback to enhance platform features and support processes, maintain accurate records of buyer interactions, and generate regular reports on buyer satisfaction and engagement levels. Key skills and competencies required for this role include strong verbal and written communication skills in English, excellent problem-solving abilities, customer service skills, efficiency in handling multiple queries and transactions, basic knowledge of B2B sales, procurement, or e-commerce platforms, proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications, as well as a self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented approach. Preferred qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Commerce, or related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in buyer facilitation, customer support, or B2B sales. Prior experience in a global B2B marketplace, trading company, or procurement platform would be advantageous.,
