EXECUTIVE I - ACCOUNTS (P&L)

As a Corporate Finance Assistant based in Mumbai, MH, IN, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with various financial activities. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the monthly preparation of Profit and Loss statements by reviewing provisions from different functions, conducting General Ledger scrutiny, and performing variance analysis. Additionally, you will be involved in Investment Accounting tasks such as recording investments, redemptions, and dividends received by the company. You will also be responsible for obtaining confirmations from Mutual Fund agencies and ensuring reconciliation with the company's financial records. Furthermore, your role will require you to conduct regular General Ledger scrutiny and reconciliation to validate GL balances, review completeness of transactions, and ensure accuracy of provisions. You will also be involved in coordinating with Statutory Auditors, plants, sales locations, and other functions to provide necessary details for statutory audits. In addition to these responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to assist senior team members in specific projects throughout the year and drive them to completion.
