Responsibilities

• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations & Recruitment Executive to support our growing HR team.
• The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
• Responsibilities also include HR operational tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing documentation, and supporting process improvements.
• The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, familiarity with HR systems, and a passion for building efficient HR workflows.

Education and Experience

• MBA or PGDBM in Human Resources.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
