Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive - Guest Relations to join our team at Aster DM Healthcare Limited in Kannur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and excellent guest relations skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
Develop and implement effective guest relation strategies to enhance patient satisfaction.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations or a related field.
Strong knowledge of healthcare industry practices and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
