Executive - Graphic Designing

As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with content writers, the tech team, and production to ideate and create social media posts, print & digital assets, and videos. Your role will involve bringing fresh ideas and creatives that contribute to the brand's visual identity. You will explore, conceptualize, and craft digital-first design solutions, as well as create, prototype, and deliver new design experiences in product packaging. Constantly seeking to discover and design new high points in online experiences, you will leverage customer empathy, research, and design principles to support design decisions. Your responsibilities will also include translating requirements into style guides, design systems/design patterns, and attractive user interfaces while collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams. To excel in this role, you should possess a graduation degree or relevant diploma, with a preference for backgrounds in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or related fields. Ideally, you will have 2-4 years of prior experience as a Graphic Designer and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Your ability to mix graphic design and video editing, along with excellent communication skills to clearly articulate ideas and suggestions, will be crucial. Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities are essential, and being a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders will be key to success in this role.,
