  1. Greeting the guest and Arranging the Refreshment to the guest / vendors / Candidates
  2. Ensuring the Conference Hall Basic Arrangements During Meetings / Trainings
  3. Need to Coordinate with Vendor and Arrange the Visiting cards for the Employees in Office
  4. Need to Take care of the daily Official Courier Dispatches
  5. Need to maintain the Stationary Stock as per the Request by the Management and maintain the record of issuance
  6. Need to handle all the enquiry calls and intercom and divert the call to the concern person
