Job Description: As a Manager - Finance at Synergy Techs in Pune, your primary role will involve forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual results, approving or rejecting budgets, conducting risk management, evaluating and deciding on investments, allocating resources, and managing cash flows. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting profit and cost analyses, developing secure procedures to maintain confidential information, ensuring all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations, consulting board members about funding options, and recommending cost-reducing solutions. Your proven work experience in Finance or a similar role, coupled with an in-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping, as well as hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management, will be essential. You are expected to possess excellent knowledge of MIS, proficiency in accounting software, solid analytical and decision-making skills, and leadership abilities.
