Executive Finance & Accounts

As an Executive in Finance & Accounts at this company, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Handling employee reimbursement processes. - Entering, updating, and retrieving accounting data from Oracle. - Reviewing online transactions for accuracy and making corrections as needed. - Reconciling transactions and financial data. - Acting as the Audit Coordinator for audit-related activities. - Administering Fixed Assets in EBS. - Coordinating closely with Internal, Statutory, and External auditors for submission and consolidation of artifacts. - Assisting the Finance team in preparing the Yearend audit file to ensure timely availability for review. You must possess the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Full Time - Mandatory), with an additional Master's Degree in Commerce being an added advantage. - Knowledge of Oracle EBS is desirable. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite. - Good communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work well as part of a team. - Ability to handle responsibilities independently, quick learning capability, and involvement in support projects. Certifications: - Relevant certifications will be considered an added advantage. This position is on a fixed-term contract basis, exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of five years with the possibility of extension based on performance standards and mutual consent. The work location for this role is in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, with a preference given to candidates from Navi Mumbai and Mumbai. Early joiners with less than 30 days" notice period will be preferred. The remuneration and perks offered for this position are on par with industry standards.,
