Executive - FIELD SALES

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop sales and marketing strategies for your region
• Lead sales activities in the field in order to achieve the annual sales targets and grow market share
• Recover all dues from a consignee / sundry debtor of your assigned territory, within the stipulated time frame
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales

Qualifications and Skills

• 0-2 years of minimum sales experience
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's
• Excellent written and verbal language skills in English
• Good negotiation and communication skills are a must
• Self-motivated, independent and confident
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Must have own conveyance (Minimum requirement: a two-wheeler)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
