Job Description

Sodexo is seeking a diligent and proactive Executive - F&B to join our team. In this role, you'll be crucial in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness within our food and beverage operations, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all. Key Responsibilities: Maintain Pristine Environments: Perform daily cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of all assigned F&B areas, including work surfaces, dining areas, and restrooms. Waste Management: Efficiently collect and dispose of garbage, ensuring proper waste segregation. Stock Management: Monitor and refill all consumables (e.g., soaps, paper towels, sanitizers) as needed. Equipment & Chemical Handling: Safely and appropriately use a range of cleaning equipment and chemicals, adhering to product instructions and safety guidelines. Safety & Hygiene Compliance: Uphold a high level of safety and hygiene at all times, strictly complying with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements. Responsive Cleaning: Promptly respond to and address all immediate cleaning assistance calls. Area Rounds & Inspections: Conduct regular daily rounds of allocated areas to ensure continuous cleanliness and identify any areas requiring attention. Time Management: Complete all allotted work within defined timeframes and frequencies. Personal Presentation: Maintain a well-groomed appearance at all times, reflecting Sodexo's professional standards. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Consistently use appropriate PPE as required for tasks. Qualifications: Prior experience in a similar cleaning or hygiene-focused role, preferably within a food and beverage or hospitality setting. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Good communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
