Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensures a proper hand-over & take over as applicable from the shifts.
Organizes and coordinate all the resources within the kitchen and other areas.
Checks all raw materials (fruits & vegetable) at the receiving area.
Conduces Staff briefing on a daily basis
Ensures appropriate personal hygiene and grooming of the staff.
Ensures cleanliness inside the kitchen.
Supervises & ensures timely meal preparation, ensures product pacification, freshness, good taste & proper presentation of food.
Ensures meals prepared for patients, staffs & other catering areas are following all necessary guidelines related to temperature, sanitation and presentation. Overcomes patients complaints related to F&B service
Resolves patients/any other complaints related to F&B service
Motivates & provides on job training to the F&B staff.
Maintains various records & checklists
Co- ordinates with all concerned departments to achieve total patient/customer (external & internal) satisfaction.
Any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
