Job Description

Position: Executive Exports Looking for candidates with experience in handling Exports in Pharmaceutical /Nutraceutical Industry. Job Location: Bangalore (Peenya Industrial Layout). Education: Any Graduation. Experience: 2-4yrs. Notice period: Immediate . Role & Responsibilities: Planning exports are monthly target, accordingly, obtaining POs & shipping products in time. Preparing Invoice & Packing list in SAP & also generating IRN & E-way bill for Export, and Domestic sales and Inter Unit Transfers. Preparing all other customs clearance documents i.e Affidavit, Declaration, Non-Declaration, SDF, Export Value Declaration & providing along with CARGO at the time of movement from the factory. Communicating with freight forwarders to transport the products through AIR / SEA, approving checklist before reaching cargo to ICD/CFS & AIR Cargo Complex and BL/AWB Drafts before releasing BL & AWB. Planning IUT-Internal Unit Transfers as per Unit requirements. DTA- Coordinating with corporate marketing team as per their requirements for domestic sales according planning and dispatching products in time to valuable clients. Following up with the agents for shipping bills, vessel schedules and Air waybill / BL copies, once moved from customs. Coordinating with International Consignee- concern persons to whom we have exported to arrange ISF / Stuffing Details, BL/AWB, COA, COO, Health Certificate, Invoice & Packing list for dispatched products. Any other work instructed by your reporting authority.Role & responsibilities
