Job Description

  • The role involves resolving customer queries via email, phone, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses while maintaining service and quality standards
  • Responsibilities include managing student registration and customer care processes in compliance with corporate policies, accurately logging interactions in CRM/tools, posting payments, and researching information as needed
  • The role requires collaboration with team members, flexibility to support other business areas, and adherence to information security policies, ISO 27001 standards, and record management requirements

Role specific skills, knowledge and experience

  • The candidate should have 6 months to 3 years of experience in a call centre environment, with at least 6 months in a voice-based or blended process, including inbound, outbound, email, chat, or backend processing
