Executive Electrical

As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team and ensuring the smooth operation of all plant machinery, equipment, and utilities. Your primary duties will include performing scheduled maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, equipment, and machinery to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). You will also lead the team in implementing and driving continuous improvement initiatives such as KAIZENS. In this role, you will be required to respond promptly to any breakdowns and resolve issues efficiently to minimize downtime. Additionally, you will be responsible for installing new electrical components, recommending replacements for faulty ones, and maintaining an accurate record of all stock and supplies within the electrical department. Collaboration with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure cost-effectiveness will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will also be tasked with ensuring efficient electricity utilization, conducting energy audits, and identifying alternative sources of energy to reduce costs. Safety is paramount in this role, and you will be expected to provide a secure working environment, prevent electrical accidents, and ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations. You will also take charge of maintaining electrical safety across the entire site and ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in coordinating with various departments to achieve plant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and driving Lean manufacturing principles to enhance plant maintenance effectiveness.
