Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Director of Sales and Marketing. The role is located in Ayodhya, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Executive Director will oversee sales operations, manage and develop the sales team, and drive business development initiatives. Daily tasks include setting and achieving sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and devising marketing strategies to expand market reach.

Qualifications

Proficient in Sales and Sales Operations
Strong Customer Service skills
Experience in Team Management and Business Development
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
