Cygnus Superspeciality Hospital, Kurukshetra, is committed to delivering quality healthcare with compassion and excellence. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Executive – Digital & Media to strengthen our hospital’s digital presence and communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage hospital’s digital platforms including website, social media, and online listings.
• Plan, create, and post engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) across all digital channels.
• Coordinate digital campaigns to promote hospital services, health awareness, and doctor activities.
• Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to increase online reach and engagement.
• Handle online reputation management including reviews, ratings, and patient queries on digital platforms.
• Support internal communication and media activities including hospital events, health camps, and awareness programs.
• Coordinate with doctors and departments for content inputs and updates.
• Work closely with marketing team for promotional campaigns and branding initiatives.
• Maintain digital analytics reports and share performance insights regularly.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, media handling, or social media management (healthcare experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Basic skills in Canva/Photoshop/Video Editing tools will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Creative, proactive, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹10,563.72 - ₹20,045.44 per month
