Executive Deliver Safety

Role Overview: As an Executive Deliver Safety at Linde, you will be responsible for conducting interviews and shortlisting candidates for final round interviews with senior management for the role of driver coach. Additionally, you will manage the recruitment process for drivers" helpers and driving assistants. Your role will also involve providing training on product awareness, overseeing the performance of driver coaches, monitoring and assessing the performance of commercial vehicle drivers" helpers and driving assistants, and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies for newly inducted technologies equipment or tools. Your knowledge in transport safety programs, road safety laws, truck and tankers system, and familiarity with different HSEs and statutes in India standards will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates for final round interviews with senior management for the role of driver coach - Manage the recruitment process for drivers" helpers and driving assistants - Provide training on product awareness, including loading and unloading procedures and associated hazards - Oversee the performance of driver coaches - Monitor and assess the performance of commercial vehicle drivers" helpers and driving assistants - Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies for newly inducted technologies equipment or tools - Possess good knowledge of transport safety programs, road safety laws, truck and tankers system, and be conversant with different HSEs and statutes in India standards Qualifications Required: - Degree / Diploma in Engineering - Minimum 5 years of experience in transport / logistics function / industry and at least 2 years of experience in logistics - Strong communication skills - IT skills (MS Office) - Sound knowledge of the motor vehicles act - Result-oriented and possess exceptional relationship with management Company Details: Linde South Asia Services Pvt.
