As an Analytical Scientist at AkzoNobel, your main objective will be to ensure the on-time, in full and quality delivery of experimental plans and technical deliverables, including VC deliverables. In this role, you will have autonomy in managing lab testing and data representation for projects, as well as planning individual work schedules based on stipulated timelines. Your ability to deliver time-bound analytical results and solutions, sustain a competitive edge, manage technical expectations of key customers (internal & external), adapt to changing market requirements, and possess knowledge of construction materials and processes will be crucial. Candidates for this position should hold an M Sc in Chemistry from a reputable institution with 2-3 years of experience. Essential skills and knowledge include innovative work approach, hands-on operation of sophisticated analytical equipment, expertise in Chromatography & Spectroscopy, analytical ability, knowledge of wet chemistry & method development, and understanding of Chemistry/Polymer Chemistry/Paint formulation. Furthermore, being sensitive to HSE&S/sustainability, having system orientation, and being conversant with work planning processes are essential. Desirable skills include teamwork and workable knowledge of analytical testing. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as an Analytical Scientist with instrumentation & wet analysis, and aged approximately between 25-30 years old. As an Executive Deliver Safety at Linde, you will play a crucial role in conducting interviews and shortlisting candidates for final round interviews with senior management for the positions of driver coach. Support the development and implementation of the Aggregates BA Safety Development Program line with (CSD). Reporting and investigation of all safety events through HSES data management tool and ensure all HSES documents are accurately filed.

Role & responsibilities : Create a positive and developing climate, with respect to HSE&S. Manage and develop the personnel and working processes within the site wrt HSE&S. Ensure that site complies with all legal requirements Ensure that site meets AN HSE&S Standards and Directives. Establish plans and site objectives according to the objectives, frames and prioritizations of the business. Fulfil objectives with respect to improved HSE performance targets Ensure completion of all relevant statutory documentation related to HSE&S inline with local laws. Establish, apply and develop an efficient HSE&S Safety Culture for Site. Manage the HSE&S budget for the department/site. Lead, coordinate and execute HSE&S element of the projects chosen by the site. Participate and represent Site in external and internal HSE&S networks Compliance statutory matters for the multi BU site @ Thane. Hazard study leader Carryout the Hazard study of site and support other site in India on Hazard study PSM expert pool member and Site PSM champion Contribute to BBS program at site PTW compliance Ensure the implementation of MOC/RA/Hazard study/AIG/PSM Ensure time to time audits and rectification of HSE&S related concerns Preferred candidate profile : Engineering Graduate in Environmental Science + H/S/E Diploma in Industrial Safety 10+ years experience in Manufacturing Safety setup. Good knowledge of local laws & regulations & rapport with statutory bodies. Excellent interpersonal relationships.
