Executive - Delegate Acquisition International

As a Delegate Acquisition Executive at Exito, you will play a crucial role in cultivating relationships with senior-level management to drive interest and attendance for a portfolio of B2B live and digital events. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities and nurturing ongoing relationships with C-level clients and key decision-makers in your designated market within the EMEA & APAC regions. Your responsibilities will include meeting and surpassing event targets, creating business opportunities from new and existing customer accounts, and managing intricate negotiations with senior executives. Utilizing various CRM software, you will research and prepare a database, while effectively communicating with clients through telephone and written correspondence to overcome objections efficiently. It will be essential for you to maintain an up-to-date understanding of competitor events, highlighting their disadvantages and promoting the unique benefits of our offerings. Collaboration with sales team members to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information, and enhance professionalism will be a key aspect of your role. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or a related field, along with 0-1 years of experience in B2B Business Development. Proficiency in using CRM applications is considered a bonus.
